Records set at waterfront marathon Publié le septembre 26, 2010 par surintendant As Kenneth Mungara crossed the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon finish line Sunday, he clasped his hands and offered a prayer of thanks. It was the third time the Kenyan outpaced runners in the annual event. And he covered the 42.1-kilometre course in 2:07:57 hours — breaking his previous record, in 2009, by 34 seconds. This year, Mungara had more than 20,000 participants behind him.
